Room for Improvement: I don’t eat enough protein! Dinner was super late but our family was busy earlier.
Victory: 75 Ounces and I could have drank much more. But we haven’t replenished the San Pellegrino, yet, and I love that stuff.
I am measuring my success each and every day but I'm not using a scale.
