Room for Improvement:  I actually feel like I had a really good day.  I should have more to eat at breakfast.  I will purchase some almonds so that I can add a quick and easy protein snack to my menu.

Victory:  Most of my clothes don't fit well, including this pair of skin tight jeans and skin tight sweater.  But a little bit of attitude and a good pair of Spanx landed me at Hugo's Frog Bar for a fun lunch with my husband today.
